Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1‑2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Standard shipping: 5‑12 business days. Orders with a subtotal of $100 USD.

We ship from our China warehouse. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated based on total order weight. The default shipping rate is $30 USD. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 USD.

Import & Customs

Customers in the UK and Europe are required to pay import VAT. For customers outside of China excluding UK and Europe, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the seller.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged upon receipt, please contact us at info@tainomo.com within 7 days after delivery.
