If you encounter any issues using the sharpening stones, please contact us by email right away. We will do our utmost to assist you.

Most new, unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend returning your product for a full refund and placing a new order on our website. This allows you to receive your new item faster and avoids the risk of your desired product selling out.

Important Return Requirements: All returned goods must be in their original condition, including original‑manufacturer packaging, tags, documents and all accessories. Buyers are responsible for return‑shipping costs and insurance, except for cases of our shipping error, where we will cover return‑shipping fees. We strongly advise you to keep a tracking number for your return shipment. Refunds will be processed only after the returned items arrive at our facility and pass intact inspection.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or decline a return request if any of the above conditions are not met.
